Social Networking Registration: Change/Cancel
Thank you for your interest in EGLI seminars. I am sorry that you are unable to attend the seminar as you had first intended, but I hope you'll be able to find another date soon. According to social networking registration policies, here are your options:
- Cancel/refund—EGLI will refund your card for the total paid, less a $25 administrative fee. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.
- Waitlist/Priority—EGLI will remove your name from the attendee list of the session of the seminar for which you registered, but we will put you at the top of the list for the next imminent seminar in the same geo. In this case, the fee holds your place and we will not refund your card.
- Substitute—You cannot attend one or both parts of the seminar for which you registered, but you have found an eligible person to attend in your place (must be an alum to attend Application Session only). We will replace your name on the attendee list for the person you specify. This retains your place on the wait list and incurs no adminstrative fee.
In your request, give us your first and last name, but please do not include your card number. If you substitute, please include the firstname, lastname and email of the person attending in your place. Thank you.
