Enterprise 2.0 Adoption by Investment Banks 2007Protecting Participants' IdentitiesDue to the extremely competitive nature of investment banking and the impact of information on competitiveness, responses will not be attributable to individual firms. Each firm will be assigned a number, and questions are designed to minimize the importance of participant identities. Any individually identifiable information that may be presented will not be used in the reports. From reading the reports, it will be impossible to know the activities or state of adoption of any individual firm. In addition, participants have their choice of three tracks, which carry corresponding levels of information sharing and time commitment—and each has its corresponding report. CSRA recommends selecting your participation level based on the report you wish to receive. The more information shared, the more complete the report. The three levels are: Quant BasisAnalyzes and presents enterprise 2.0 adoption by the character, scope and number of projects currently underway. It is the core information of the study. It answers the questions, "What is happening and where?" Org BasisAdds an organizational layer of analysis to the Quant Basis. It emphasizes how management is responding to enterprise 2.0, and who they have leading initiatives. It answers the questions, "Who is leading enterprise 2.0 and how?" Strat BasisOverlays a strategic analysis to the Org Basis. It highlights firms' key milestones, business cases and future direction with enterprise 2.0. It answers the questions, "Why is the firm pursuing enterprise 2.0 and when does it intend to reach various milestones?" |
